Notice: Ward 4 Residents

Summer students are working on a project to locate and accurately record all curb stop valves at properties within Ward 4. The goal of this project is to minimize the impact of water main breaks and maintenance, allowing teams to quickly locate and shut off water supply to properties when necessary to complete required repairs.

Help us show our community pride by considering a window display, potted flowers, window boxes and maintaining a clean and tidy space around your business. The colour of the year is Yellow! Add or integrate this beautiful colour into your display. 

Residents in Ward 4 can access the application for assistance and submit on April 1, 2026. Residents will receive utility bills for the calendar year on June 1, 2026.
